i got 99 problems, but a bitch ain't one.

talk about a spine-chilling legendary performance. the best rapper alive triumphs again after criticisms particularly that of noel gallagher of "oasis" mentioning:
"If it ain't broke don't fix it. If you start to break it then people aren't going to go. I'm sorry, but Jay-Z? No chance. Glastonbury has a tradition of guitar music and even when they throw the odd curve ball in on a Sunday night you go 'Kylie Minogue?' I don't know about it. But I'm not having hip hop at Glastonbury. It's wrong."
jay-z, headlining the world-renowned Glastonbury Festival, buries all doubts, and jabs back with wit and humor by opening with oasis' song "wonderwall." now tell me another artist in this world who'd have that kind of guts, willing to break barriers for the sake of his culture. just as significant is how the next song after "wonderwall" was his controversial "99 problems" with the now culturally famous quote "i got 99 problems but a bitch ain't one." bravo, my man.

now i sound like stan but instead of talking, i'll let you judge the performance yourself:
